The Victory March

The last mission for the day was our GRADUATION MARCH. 4 kilometres under the hot sun we had to complete this as a team, a cohort. It will be easy for one or two people to complete a 4km march but to do it as a team requires greater strength, perseverance  and resilience. Some of the roads we walked on were slippery and muddy, and this is just like a lesson in life- sometimes in life you have to step outside our comfort zone to reach our destination.

Keeping our flag unfurled!

The distance is covered one step at a time.

With songs and cheers ringing through the line, we made a difference in the streets of Choa Chu Kang. We encouraged one another to persevere and go the distance and we challenged ourselves to just go a little bit more, to close the gap. Finally, we descended upon our finish line-the campsite! And with water sprayed upon us we gathered in the auspicious training shed-as victors!

Yes We Can!
